Shipping & Returns
Some information about order processing and what to do if you have any issues upon receipt:
- SHIPPING - Shipping is FREE for domestic USA locations. If you are in a different locale (non-contiguous USA), or have special shipping needs (has to be there on a specific day), please let us know.
- SHIPPING TIMING -
- Standard Tutus ship in 5-7 business day
- Custom tutus take up to 2 weeks (or as mutually discussed) to ship
- Printed items (Blondie Jones mugs, t-shirts, etc) are also custom made so your patience is appreciated. Most take 2 -7 days to produce. Then please add the ship time from CA
- Non-Handmade items (books and accessories) ship in 3 days or less.
- NOTE: Orders with more quantities may take longer.
- if you need something quicker, let us know and we may suggest options that can be substituted, if possible, to speed up your shipment.
- PACKAGING / GIFT BOXES -
- We ship our beautiful custom tutus in large wardrobe boxes with a satin bow; this was inspired by Sex in the City when Carrie received her wedding gown from Vivienne Westwood. Be assured your item will arrive packaged looking almost as beautiful as it will look once on!
- ITEM ISSUES? Please let us know any issues with your order at once and we will work things out.
- QUESTIONS? We are here to help. Use the "contact us" button at the bottom of the page and we will get back to you as quickly as possible. Be sure to also check our FAQ page.
- RETURNS? We cannot accept returns on most customized products. Any other returns much be pre-approved and within 14 days of your order shipment (See restocking fee below). If you change your mind about a purchase, use the form below to let us know the issue. We only take back sealed, perfect condition, non-customized products. Please contact us if there is any issue with your customized product. We want you to be happy!
- RESTOCKING FEE: All items are hand made, so there is a 50% restocking fee on all authorized returns, and we cannot cover return shipping costs. NOTE: Our overwhelmingly happy customers share details and questions up front and avoid any issues ...and any extra fees!
NOTE: if you are returning an item, you need to first obtain a Return Authorization Number. Fill in the below form with your information.
